Street Food Cinema
Featuring a wide range of films, gourmet food trucks and live music, Street Food Cinema presents Saturday night screenings at outdoor locations from Los Angeles State Historic Park to The Autry Museum, Griffith Park and more.

Hollywood Bowl
Movie nights are some of the most popular events at the world-famous Hollywood Bowl, including Sing-Alongs with Grease (June 27) and the perennial favorite, The Sound of Music on September 20. Featuring live accompaniment by the LA Phil, the Bowl's 2025 movie screenings include Jaws (July 5), Jurassic Park (Aug. 8-9) and the annual tribute to legendary composer John Williams, Maestro of the Movies (Aug. 22-24).

The Montalban Theatre
Located near the iconic intersection of Hollywood and Vine, The Montalbán kicks off its 2025 Rooftop Movies season with Sunset Boulevard on Friday, May 9. Upcoming screenings include Casablanca (June 7) and Ferris Bueller's Day Off (June 14). The Montalbán’s rooftop OASIS is outfitted with a bar, concession stand, and kitchen. Doors for each screening open at 6pm, with the feature film starting 10 minutes after sunset (8pm).

Skirball Cultural Center
Open to the public since 1996, the Skirball Cultural Center is renowned as one of the world's most dynamic Jewish cultural institutions. This year's Friday night outdoor movies are inspired by Jack Kirby: Heroes and Humanity now on view at the Skirball through Mar. 1, 2026.
The exhibition delves into the six-decade career of legendary comic book artist Jack Kirby, who brought to life some of the world's most iconic superheroes, including Captain America, Black Panther, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, the X-Men and many more. Black Panther is screening on June 13 and Captain America: The First Avenger on June 24.

Melrose Rooftop Theatre - E.P. & L.P.
Located on the rooftop adjacent to the patio at E.P. & L.P., the Melrose Rooftop Theatre (MRT) offers an unforgettable outdoor cinema experience with the Hollywood Hills as the stunning backdrop. MRT features a state-of-the-art Da-Lite 16’ x 9’ screen, wireless headphones, classic concessions and bean bag seats.

Dive-In Movies - The Garland
Located in North Hollywood just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood, The Garland mixes a vintage SoCal vibe with 21st century chic. The hotel was originally opened by actress Beverly Garland, best known for her role as Fred MacMurray's wife on the final three seasons of My Three Sons.
